Published fares depend on the route zone, vehicle category, and one-way or round-trip selection. Exact addresses are reviewed before Suits confirms your ride.
What changes the total?
Scheduled pickups from 10 p.m. to before 6 a.m. incur a $20 overnight charge per applicable leg. Gratuity is optional. Custom routes, extra stops, waiting arrangements, and special requirements outside the quoted itinerary require review and may need a separate price.
Payment or a quote request
Online card payments are not available yet. Ride requests are saved for our team to review, and custom or hourly rides receive a quote first. Your ride requires our team’s confirmation.
When online payment is available, the review step offers Stripe checkout for a priced route. Custom and hourly requests do not have a payable total until their fare is agreed. Check the complete total and itinerary before continuing.
Payment and ride confirmation are separate
A successful payment records a paid request; it does not assign a vehicle or confirm availability. Our team reviews the itinerary and contacts you with the confirmation or next steps. If we cannot provide the ride, our team will issue a full refund of the amount paid.
Keep your payment-status link and request reference. A return from checkout is not proof that payment succeeded; the status page shows the payment result once it has been verified.
