Suits Black Car accepts private Orlando transfer requests with free child seats within each vehicle category’s listed allowance. Tell us the children’s ages, requested equipment, passenger count and luggage before the ride is reviewed. A car-seat request is part of the transport itinerary, subject to equipment and vehicle confirmation; it is not a promise that any seat configuration will fit any vehicle.
What information should I include for each child?
Enter the number of children and their ages in the booking form, then describe the restraint requirements in the itinerary notes. If you have specific equipment needs, say so before choosing a vehicle based only on passenger capacity. The team needs to consider the actual group and equipment together; a seat count alone cannot describe every family arrangement.
Do not assume that one product suits every child in an age group. When requesting equipment, provide the relevant size or fit information the team needs and explain whether you intend to bring your own seat. An individual equipment requirement should be resolved before confirmation. If the listed category cannot accommodate it, a different vehicle or a custom quote may be needed.
How do vehicle and seat allowances work together?
Our vehicle categories list passenger capacity, luggage capacity and child-seat limits separately. Children count as passengers, including a child travelling in a restraint. A vehicle’s maximum passenger figure does not guarantee space for that many large suitcases, and a luggage allowance does not imply spare seating positions for additional child seats.
Check the chosen category on the fleet page and tell us about folded strollers, mobility equipment and bulky bags. If you are near either capacity limit, ask for a review rather than selecting a smaller vehicle to obtain a lower fare. The confirmed arrangement needs to fit the people and equipment travelling on both legs of the itinerary.
Are car seats free on airport and resort transfers?
Child-seat requests are free within the chosen vehicle’s published allowance, subject to availability and review. There is no invented additional-seat fee in our fare calculator. Requests beyond the listed allowance need an individual review and may require another category or a custom itinerary. Free equipment does not make an unlisted destination a published flat-rate route.
For an airport-to-resort journey, choose the actual airport and hotel category. MCO and Sanford have different route entries. Walt Disney World property resorts, Disney Springs hotels and Universal Studios area hotels are also distinct endpoints. Extra stops or direct park drop-offs should be described in the request rather than assigned a convenient hotel fare.
Can I bring my own child seat?
Include that plan in the request and describe any other luggage or stroller travelling with it. The team still needs to review the vehicle and itinerary. Do not assume that bringing equipment removes the need to check space, installation compatibility or pickup arrangements. Resolve those details before confirmation so they are not left until the party is ready to depart.
A personal seat may also affect your wider holiday plans. Think about where it will be stored at the hotel and how it will be used for later journeys. If you are also arranging a rental car or another operator’s transport, that provider’s equipment and usage rules are separate from the Suits transfer request.
Where should I check child-restraint requirements?
Use current official guidance rather than a travel forum’s summary. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s child-seat guidance explains choosing a restraint for a child’s age and size and following the seat and vehicle manufacturers’ instructions. Florida requirements should be checked through FLHSMV’s official child-restraint information.
A general travel page cannot verify the fit of a particular restraint for your child or vehicle. State the equipment requirement in advance and review the actual arrangement before travelling. The booking form records your request; it does not assess a child’s restraint fit or replace official guidance and the equipment instructions.
How do I request a family transfer?
- Set the route. Provide the airport, hotel or other exact endpoints, the date and intended pickup time.
- Count passengers and equipment. Include every child, suitcases, stroller and requested child seats. Give details that could affect the vehicle choice.
- Review the price. Use the actual directional route and vehicle. Published round-trip fares are independent amounts, with overnight pickups and optional gratuity disclosed separately.
- Wait for confirmation. A submitted request needs availability and equipment review. Payment, when enabled, does not confirm the ride on its own; an unavailable paid ride is refunded in full.
What should I check on a return journey?
Enter the second pickup separately and confirm that the same passenger and equipment arrangement is still needed. If friends join the group, you change hotels or buy extra luggage during the trip, the return may need another review. A round-trip fare should not be treated as permission to add passengers, stops or a different destination without checking.
For an early flight, use the airline and airport’s current timing guidance and allow for the journey. A pickup from 10 p.m. through before 6 a.m. local time falls in the published overnight window, evaluated separately for each leg. Flight details are optional but recommended; enter the airline and ticket flight number rather than selecting a live flight.

Frequently asked questions
Are child seats free with Suits Black Car?
Child seats are free within the selected vehicle category's published allowance, subject to equipment availability and review. Enter the children's ages and seat requirements in the request. Additional equipment needs or a configuration outside the listed allowance may require another vehicle or a custom quote; they are not automatically confirmed.
How many child seats can I request?
The allowance depends on the vehicle category, so check its published seat limits alongside passenger and luggage capacity. Include every child as a passenger and describe any stroller or bulky bags. Requests beyond the listed equipment allowance need review before a reservation can be confirmed; a different vehicle may be appropriate.
Can I bring my own car seat?
Tell the team that you plan to bring your own seat and describe the rest of the luggage and equipment. The vehicle arrangement still needs review before confirmation. Carrying your own seat does not remove the need to consider compatibility, available space or the manufacturer's instructions for the actual equipment and vehicle.
Does requesting a car seat confirm its availability?
The form records your equipment request for review; it does not independently confirm the seat or vehicle. Give the children's ages and any specific requirements before travelling. The team needs to confirm the itinerary and suitable arrangement. Payment for a priced ride, when enabled, also does not replace that availability review.
