How does an airport transfer to Universal work?
Choose the airport code on your ticket, the appropriate hotel-zone route and a vehicle category. Enter the full accommodation name and address along with the local pickup date. Include every passenger and large luggage item; airline and flight details are optional but recommended for airport journeys.
Use the pickup instructions supplied after ride confirmation rather than assuming a hotel shuttle and private transfer use the same terminal arrangement. A reservation at a Universal hotel does not itself establish your airport transport. Review the amount and available payment option, then keep the request reference and latest agreed itinerary with your hotel documents. Suits confirms availability separately from any payment.
Which Universal hotel are you staying at?
The full hotel name matters. Universal’s official hotel comparison page lists Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort and other accommodations. Newer names include Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel, Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort.
Copy the name and address from the reservation rather than shortening it to “Universal.” Different hotels and park entrances are separate destinations, even when your vacation includes them all. If you have an event, meal or another stop before checking in, list it as part of the requested itinerary. The vehicle should not be planned around an unstated stop.

How should I plan an Epic Universe transfer?
Decide whether the airport ride ends at your hotel or at Epic Universe itself. Those are different requests. The published Universal-area hotel fare should not be relabeled as a direct park fare. For a park journey, send the exact destination, date, proposed pickup time and expected return plan for a custom quote.

Private car or Universal’s airport shuttle?
Universal describes its SuperStar Shuttle as an airport service with fees on the Stella Nova Resort transportation page. The same hotel page separately describes complimentary hotel-to-park transport. Those should not be combined into a claim that every airport journey is included with the room.
How much luggage and child-seat space do I need?
Count people, installed seats and luggage together. A party with several children can need a different layout from the same number of adults. Larger cases, folded strollers and equipment should be included in the request even when the airline treated them as separate or complimentary items.
Child seats are complimentary on request within the published category limits, subject to the requested configuration being confirmed. Tell us each child’s age and size and whether you are bringing your own restraint. Compare the vehicle capacity guide and family seating information. An allowance is a planning limit, not a guarantee that every possible combination of seats and bags fits.
What if the vacation includes Disney or a cruise?
Write each transfer as its own journey: airport to first hotel, any hotel-to-hotel move, and the final hotel to the departure airport or cruise terminal. A round trip covers the agreed two legs; it does not automatically include a park visit or accommodation move in between.

No. The published MCO-to-Universal route covers the named hotel area; it should not be used as a confirmed direct park-gate fare. Can I request a ride to Cabana Bay or Portofino Bay?

Is Universal’s airport shuttle the same as its park buses?
No. Universal describes its airport SuperStar Shuttle as a paid service, while qualifying hotel-to-park transportation is a separate hotel amenity. Can our Universal return ride leave from a different hotel?
Enter the hotel where your party will actually be waiting on departure day. If you move during the stay, your original airport-arrival hotel may no longer be the correct pickup point. Changes to endpoints or zones need review. The round-trip guide helps you check both addresses before travel.
How do I choose seats and luggage space for a Universal trip?
Count every passenger, each suitcase and your folded stroller before choosing a vehicle. Child seats are complimentary within the published category allowances, subject to configuration confirmation.
