Suits Black Car accepts hourly chauffeur and multi-stop journey requests across Orlando and Central Florida. Tell us where the itinerary starts, how long you expect to need the vehicle, the stops and the passenger requirements. Hourly use is quoted separately from published point-to-point transfers. Minimum hours, waiting arrangements, vehicle availability and the final price need agreement before confirmation; a route-table fare is not an hourly tariff.
When does hourly service make sense?
Hourly use can suit an itinerary with several stops where you want one agreed transport arrangement across the day. Examples include meetings at different addresses, dinner followed by another destination, or a shopping itinerary with several locations. The request should explain how the vehicle is expected to be used rather than relying on the word “hourly” alone.
A simple hotel-to-restaurant journey may be better described as a point-to-point transfer, while a meeting followed by another pickup later can be two separately planned rides. Compare the corporate transportation guide for business schedules and the service overview for airport and resort transfers before choosing the request type.
What should the hourly itinerary include?
Give the start address, preferred pickup time, expected duration and final destination. Then list each stop with its address, fixed appointment time and estimated length. Say whether all travelers stay with the itinerary or whether some join or leave along the way.
Describe which elements are flexible. A dinner reservation may have a fixed arrival time while a shopping stop can move earlier or later. This helps the quote identify the intended use without inventing a guaranteed schedule. If you do not know the duration yet, say that and ask for advice on the scope. Do not treat a duration entered in the form as automatic approval of a vehicle for those hours.
Does the vehicle wait between stops?
Waiting arrangements need to be agreed explicitly. Explain whether you expect the vehicle to remain available during a meeting or whether the itinerary has a separate pickup after the appointment. A multi-stop description does not establish parking access, standby location or uninterrupted vehicle availability on its own.
Venues can have their own access rules, loading locations and parking arrangements. Include relevant instructions supplied by the organizer or venue, but avoid guessing them. If an event provides a specific entrance for vehicles, send that information for review. Any change in waiting requirements or additional stops should be acknowledged before it is treated as part of the confirmed plan.
How is an hourly chauffeur quote priced?
No hourly base tariff is published in our route tables. The request is reviewed according to the agreed itinerary, duration and vehicle requirements. Ask for the quoted scope, any minimum hours, waiting arrangement and the treatment of extra time before confirming.
Published airport and resort transfer fares are point-to-point vehicle prices. They should not be multiplied or divided to invent an hourly rate. A round-trip transfer price also does not imply the vehicle waits between arrival and departure. Custom and hourly requests receive a reviewed quote first; the online priced-route checkout should not collect a guessed hourly total.
Which vehicle suits a multi-stop group?
Count passengers and equipment for the busiest leg of the itinerary, then explain any changes. A group that starts with two people and picks up four more later needs planning for the larger party. A shopping day can end with more bags than it began with, and meeting equipment can occupy space needed by passengers or luggage.
Review the vehicle category limits and describe the likely load. Complimentary child seats can be requested within category allowances, with the seating configuration confirmed before travel. Accessibility needs, bulky equipment and unusual items should be discussed specifically. A category name does not establish a particular vehicle model, accessible entrance or interior layout.
Can hourly use include an airport, resort or cruise stop?
You can request an itinerary that includes an airport or hotel, but identify those stops clearly. An airport pickup has an arrival date, terminal arrangement and baggage collection to consider. A cruise stop has a ship, terminal and boarding appointment. These details matter even when the larger request is described as an hourly service.
For airport arrivals, airline and flight details are recommended, and the code must distinguish MCO from Sanford. For resort stays, use the complete hotel address rather than a park name. Compare the MCO airport guide, Disney transfer page and cruise planning guide when outlining those stages. No short drive estimate guarantees a connection.
What happens if the itinerary runs longer?
Send an update as soon as a meeting, meal or other stop changes the expected timing. Extra hours, additional destinations or a changed passenger count can affect both price and vehicle availability. Wait for the revised arrangement to be acknowledged rather than assuming the original quote extends automatically.
Review the fare, then confirm the journey
Check the exact itinerary and total before continuing. Published fares include tolls and taxes; pickups from 10 p.m. to before 6 a.m. add $20 for each applicable leg, and gratuity is optional. Extras outside the selected itinerary need review.
Online card payments are not available yet. Ride requests are saved for our team to review, and custom or hourly rides receive a quote first. Your ride requires our team’s confirmation.
A completed payment is a paid request, not a vehicle assignment. Suits reviews availability separately. If we cannot provide the ride, our team will issue a full refund of the amount paid. Read the reservation and cancellation policies before agreeing to your journey.
Plan your next step
For a single airport ride, use MCO transfer planning or Sanford Airport service. For a business day, see corporate journey requests. Return to all services, send your proposed stops or request an hourly quote.
Frequently asked questions
What is the published hourly chauffeur rate?
Hourly journeys require an itinerary-specific quote; there is no published hourly tariff on this website. Provide start and finish times, all addresses, waiting periods and your passenger and luggage requirements. Airport route fares should not be used as an hourly estimate. Request a review of the complete schedule before agreeing to a price.
Can I request a chauffeur for meetings at several locations?
Yes. List the locations in order, the required arrival time at each and any expected waiting periods. Include where the vehicle should finish and whether passengers or equipment change during the day. The team will review availability and scope before confirmation. Compare our corporate itinerary guidance for business schedules.
Can I extend a confirmed hourly journey on the day?
Ask the team to review an extension before treating it as agreed. Availability, the finish location and any revised price need confirmation, particularly when another commitment follows your trip. Include planned flexibility in your original itinerary wherever possible. Read the change and reservation policies for the request process.
Should I choose an hourly ride or a point-to-point transfer?
Choose a point-to-point request for a single trip between known addresses. Request hourly service when your plan includes several stops or a vehicle waiting between activities. The itinerary determines what can be quoted and confirmed. Browse transportation services and describe the journey you need rather than selecting by an assumed minimum duration.
