Requests, payment and confirmation
Submitting your itinerary starts a reservation request. Paying through an available checkout creates a paid request. Neither step confirms vehicle availability or assigns a driver. Suits reviews the details and contacts you with the ride confirmation or next steps.
Online card payments are not available yet. Ride requests are saved for our team to review, and custom or hourly rides receive a quote first. Your ride requires our team’s confirmation.
Accurate trip details
Check the airport code, exact addresses, local travel dates and times, passenger count, luggage, and child-seat needs. Airline and flight details are optional but recommended for airport journeys. Tell us about accessibility needs or specialty equipment so suitability can be reviewed.
Pricing and checkout
Published route fares use the selected vehicle category and trip type. Scheduled pickups from 10 p.m. to before 6 a.m. incur a $20 overnight charge per applicable leg. Gratuity is optional. Extra stops, waiting, custom itineraries, and special requirements may need a separate quote.
When online payment is available, priced routes can proceed to Stripe checkout after the complete fare is reviewed. Custom and hourly journeys need an agreed quote first. Stripe handles card entry; do not send card details in trip notes or contact messages.
If Suits cannot provide your ride
Our team will issue a full refund of the amount paid. Refund processing and the time funds take to appear depend on the payment provider and your bank.
Changes, delays and customer cancellations
Send changes promptly and wait for a reply. New details can affect availability and price. Request the cancellation terms for your itinerary before you pay or agree to a reservation. Customer-requested cancellations and any refund eligibility are reviewed under the terms agreed for the trip.
Travel-day instructions
Use the confirmed instructions for meeting points and contact arrangements. A general guide does not guarantee a particular airport meeting point, automatic flight monitoring, equipment availability, or an included extra stop.
