This notice explains the information submitted through the Suits Black Car website.
Information you provide
Ride requests can include your name, email address, phone number, itinerary, optional flight details, party size, luggage, child-seat needs, and notes. Contact messages include the information entered in that form. Do not include card details, passport numbers, or information unrelated to planning the journey.
How requests are used
Requests and messages are stored in the website’s WordPress administration system for authorized administrators to review, respond to, and plan the requested service. If administrative email notifications are configured, the notification contains a request reference and a link to review it; it does not include your contact or passenger details.
Online payment, when available
If online payment is enabled and you choose checkout for a priced route, Stripe handles payment and card entry. Information needed to associate the payment with your request, such as the request reference, amount, currency and contact email, may be sent to Stripe. Suits records payment references, amounts and status to reconcile your request and any refund. Card numbers and security codes are not stored in the Suits request record.
Your payment-status link grants access to a limited status view. Keep it private and do not share it publicly. Read Stripe’s privacy policy for its handling of payment information.
Website operation
WordPress and administrative sign-in functions may use cookies. Hosting infrastructure may keep technical request logs, such as IP addresses and browser information, to operate the site.
Questions and corrections
Use the contact form to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or discuss deletion. Include enough context to identify the request, without sending identity documents or card details. Requests are reviewed before action, including records needed for an active itinerary, payment or refund.
