For an Orlando split stay, your airport arrival goes to the first hotel and your airport return starts at the final hotel. A hotel-to-hotel move is a third journey that should be requested separately. Suits Black Car reviews the actual endpoints, vehicle and dates before confirmation; do not assume one round-trip route covers different hotel zones. A written three-leg plan makes pricing and pickup arrangements easier to check.
Write the trip as three journeys
Start with the airport-to-first-hotel leg, then add the move between properties, and finish with the final-hotel-to-airport leg. Put a date, address and passenger inventory beside each. This simple format stops the return pickup from being copied automatically from your arrival details when you will no longer be staying there.
Not every split stay needs all three journeys through the same provider. You might use a hotel arrangement for the move, or have relatives with different plans. State which legs you need Suits Black Car to review and which are already arranged. Avoid an ambiguous request such as “Disney and Universal round trip” without identifying the actual endpoints.
The Disney resort transfer service and Universal hotel transfer service explain the hotel-zone distinctions. Use full hotel names and addresses, even if both are familiar attractions. The route label helps pricing, but the address establishes where your party needs to go.
Check whether the hotels use the same fare zone
Two hotels near the same attraction can have different route classifications. Disney-property resorts are a named published zone; nearby independent properties and vacation homes may use another zone. Universal-area hotel fares refer to the published hotel area, not an assumed direct park-gate destination.
Read the current route and category fares rather than treating every Orlando hotel as interchangeable. A published round-trip amount is for the listed itinerary. When arrival and departure endpoints differ, the team needs to review whether the route selection accurately represents both legs and what total can be confirmed.
If your final address is not listed, describe it for a custom quote. Do not choose a familiar hotel only to obtain a displayed price for another destination. Tell the team about any separate key collection, grocery visit or extra stop as well. Those itinerary details can change the scope beyond a direct airport transfer.
Use the first hotel’s actual arrival details
Enter the property where you will stay on the first night, not the hotel you are most excited to visit or the place holding your final reservation. Check the hotel confirmation for the full name and address. Resorts with related names can be in different locations, and a park entrance is not the same endpoint as a hotel lobby.
Confirm your airport code from the flight ticket. MCO and SFB are separate airports with different fares, so the city label “Orlando” is not enough. Include the local arrival date and airline details where possible. If you land after midnight, use the arrival date printed on the ticket rather than the previous evening’s departure date.
Ask the first hotel about its check-in and luggage storage arrangements directly. Transportation to the hotel does not establish early room access. If you plan to visit a park before checking in, decide where bags will go and whether the actual requested destination changes. Describe the plan explicitly instead of assuming a driver can store luggage during your visit.
Make the hotel-move day manageable
Choose when you will leave the first hotel and what you will do before the second room is available. Check-out, bag storage and check-in policies belong to the properties, so confirm them with each hotel. A transfer can connect addresses but does not coordinate room availability automatically.
Keep one small bag with documents, medication and items children need during the move. Put luggage tags on cases so the group can check the load before departure. If a stroller is rented for one portion of the stay, decide whether it must be returned before leaving the first property or can continue with you.
Request the hotel-to-hotel ride as its own itinerary. Provide the pickup location, destination, desired time, passenger count, child seats and any intermediate stop. A hotel-zone airport round-trip price does not include this extra journey by default. If your move becomes a multi-stop sightseeing day, ask for the appropriate itinerary review rather than treating it as a direct hotel transfer.
Use the final hotel for the airport return
The return request should name the hotel where you will be waiting with bags on departure day. Check it against the final-night reservation, then read it again after any accommodation changes. A perfectly accurate airport-arrival leg does not prevent an incorrect return pickup address from being copied into the same request.
Enter the return airport and flight details independently. A change to airline or departure airport can affect the route as well as the time. If different family members leave on different flights, decide whether they need separate pickups or will travel together based on the earliest requirements.
Work backwards from airport processing rather than from the hotel’s checkout time. MCO’s official guidance recommends reaching the security checkpoint two hours before departure. Allow time before that for the drive, unloading and airline check-in or bags as applicable. Follow any more conservative airline requirement for your particular flight.
Review the vehicle and seats for every leg
Your passenger count can change if relatives join for only part of the stay. Luggage can change too, especially after shopping or when moving rented equipment between properties. Use a separate load inventory for each requested journey instead of assuming the arrival category will suit the whole vacation.
The vehicle capacity guide lists passengers, suitcases and child-restraint limits together. Towncar capacity is four passengers and three suitcases, with one child seat or booster in total. A family needing several restraints may therefore require another category even when everyone fits the passenger count.
Child seats are complimentary on request within the published category allowances, subject to confirmation. Specify the correct types and each child’s size information. If a seat is needed only on one leg, say so clearly. If bringing your own equipment, mention where it travels during the hotel move and airport legs so both the seating and luggage arrangement can be reviewed.
Compare the complete price and confirmation
Published fares include tolls and taxes, while overnight pickup charges and optional gratuity are separate. A return leaving from 10 p.m. to before 6 a.m. can attract an overnight charge even when your arrival was during the day. Check each leg’s local time and date instead of comparing only the arrival base fare.
Online card payments are not available yet. Ride requests are saved for our team to review, and custom or hourly rides receive a quote first. Your ride requires our team’s confirmation.
Card payment, where available for a priced route, creates a paid request for review. Separate availability and itinerary confirmation are still required. If Suits Black Car cannot provide the ride, the team will issue a full refund of the amount paid. Read the reservation policies before agreeing to the arrangement.Keep the request reference and eventual confirmation together with the hotel reservations. Ask for changes to be reviewed if you alter either property or add a stop. A short written summary listing all three legs makes it easier for you and the team to notice a missing journey or a duplicated address.
A practical way to check a Disney and Universal split stay
Imagine an itinerary arriving at MCO, spending the first nights at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and finishing at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort. This is a planning example, not a reported customer trip. The airport arrival goes to Art of Animation, the hotel move connects the two properties, and the return starts at Cabana Bay.
For that example, collect the addresses from the hotel confirmations and put each date beside the corresponding journey. Check both hotels’ luggage arrangements for the move day. Compare vehicle needs using the full family load, then ask the team to review the airport legs and the separate inter-hotel transfer. Do not assume a displayed same-zone round-trip amount settles the mixed itinerary.
Use the same process for your actual properties. Once the itinerary is accurate, submit your split-stay transfer request and review the confirmed details before travel. If you change the order of the hotels, revisit all three legs; simply changing one destination may leave the move or return address incorrect.
Frequently asked questions
Can my round-trip airport transfer use two different hotels?
You can request arrival at one hotel and return from another, but the actual route zones and total require review. List both properties by full name and address rather than copying the arrival hotel into the return field. The hotel-to-hotel move is a separate journey unless explicitly included in the confirmed itinerary.
Is transportation between Disney and Universal hotels included?
An airport round-trip fare does not automatically include a transfer between hotels. Request that move separately with its date, endpoints, passenger load and any stops. The team can review the complete itinerary before confirmation. Check hotel checkout and luggage arrangements directly so the requested move fits your accommodation plan.
What if we change our final hotel after requesting transfers?
Send the revised hotel name, address and any changed departure details for review. A different property can affect the pickup location, route zone and fare. Wait for the revised arrangement to be confirmed rather than assuming the original return request still applies. Recheck the vehicle load if the party or luggage changes too.
Should I enter hotel checkout time as the airport pickup time?
Use your flight and airport requirements to plan the return, then check that the hotel checkout arrangements fit. Checkout time alone does not determine a suitable airport pickup. Account for driving, unloading, airline processing and security. MCO recommends reaching the security checkpoint two hours before departure, with airline-specific requirements considered separately.
