Use the local arrival date and time printed on your flight itinerary. A flight departing on Monday night may arrive on Tuesday morning. Enter Tuesday if that is the arrival date.
When a flight changes
Send updated flight details as soon as your itinerary changes. A submitted request does not guarantee automatic flight monitoring or a revised pickup. Wait for confirmation of any change, especially a different flight or airport.
Overnight travel
Pickup times from 10 p.m. to before 6 a.m. are subject to a $20 overnight charge per applicable leg. Review the quote for each direction of a round trip.
