Is a ride confirmed when I submit the request?

Submitting a request does not establish a confirmed reservation. The team must review the itinerary and vehicle availability. Payment for a priced request, when enabled, also does not confirm the ride on its own. If a paid ride cannot be provided, it is refunded in full rather than treated as an available reservation.

How much is a private car from MCO to a Disney resort?

Is Sanford Airport the same airport as MCO?

No. Orlando Sanford International Airport uses SFB, while Orlando International Airport uses MCO. Confirm the code on each flight ticket before choosing your route, because the destination label alone can be misleading. Does the Disney airport fare cover every hotel near Disney?

The published Disney fare applies to the named Disney-property resort zone. A nearby independent hotel, vacation home or Kissimmee address may use another zone or require review. Can I book an airport transfer to Art of Animation?

You can request a ride to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort using its full hotel name and address. The published Disney-property resort zone is the starting point for pricing; the vehicle and availability still need confirmation. How do airport transfers work for a Disney split stay?

List the first hotel for your airport arrival and the final hotel for your airport return. A hotel-to-hotel move is a separate journey and should be requested explicitly, including luggage and any stop. Check each leg and fare with the team. Will a towncar fit my Disney family and stroller?

The towncar category lists up to four passengers and three suitcases, with one child seat or booster in total. A folded stroller and bulky bags can change the practical fit. Is the Universal hotel fare also an Epic Universe park fare?

No. The published MCO-to-Universal route covers the named hotel area; it should not be used as a confirmed direct park-gate fare. Can our Universal return ride leave from a different hotel?

How do I choose seats and luggage space for a Universal trip?

Does LEGOLAND Florida have an Orlando shuttle?

LEGOLAND's official Park Shuttle page advertises LEGOLAND Express service from ICON Park and Disney Springs. Check the operator's current booking terms and dates directly. Is there a published Suits fare to LEGOLAND?

Can we request free child seats for LEGOLAND?

Can I request a round trip for a LEGOLAND day visit?

You can request both directions as a custom itinerary. Provide the outbound pickup and the intended return time and destination, checking LEGOLAND's current schedule for your visit. Can Suits collect us at MCO for a LEGOLAND hotel stay?

Request that itinerary using MCO and the actual LEGOLAND hotel as the endpoints. Include flight details if available, together with luggage, passenger and child-seat needs. It requires an individual quote rather than an Orlando resort fare. Availability must be confirmed, and flight or road delays should be considered when planning the day.

Are child seats free with Suits Black Car?

How many child seats can I request?

Can I bring my own car seat?

Are one-way and round-trip fares calculated separately?

Yes. Each published route and vehicle has its own one-way and round-trip amount. A round trip is not automatically twice the one-way fare, and reverse-direction routes must not be inferred from another row. When does the overnight pickup fee apply?

The published overnight fee applies separately to a scheduled pickup from 10 p.m. through before 6 a.m. in the America/New_York timezone. Both legs of a round trip are checked independently. Is gratuity required or included in the base fare?

Gratuity is optional and is selected separately in the request form. The published base fare should not be described as an all-inclusive total because an overnight pickup fee may also apply. Review the itemised amount for the actual itinerary and chosen gratuity before proceeding with a priced request or payment.

What happens if my route has no published fare?

Request a custom quote with the actual pickup, destination, date and vehicle requirements. Do not choose a nearby route merely to display a price, and do not assume a reverse-direction fare is available.
